So I guess the thing is – the mind can be your best friend, or your worst enemy. So in this session, let’s understand the mind a bit more, shall we? And see what we need to do to make sure that it’s our friend and not our enemy. Stick around champion… you’re doing well!

You’re already becoming an expert at the mind. So stick with me… almost done, and before you know it, you’ll be super mind yogi!

For one who has controlled the mind, the mind is the best friend. But for one who has failed to do so, the mind will remain the greatest enemy.
