Winter Warmer Yoga

Warm yourself up this winter and come along to our weekly yoga sessions. You will be taught different pranayama techniques to calm the mind, be guided through yoga postures to purify the body, and will experience chanting sacred mantras to nourish the soul. All levels are welcome, and yoga mats are available.
