Join us for a four-week journey into the lives of some of the greatest Vaishnava ācāryas, whose teachings and devotion have shaped the path of bhakti for generations. Each session will focus on their historical context, key teachings, and contributions to the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition.

We will also immerse ourselves in their devotional poetry and prayers, understanding their depth and relevance in our own spiritual practice.

The speaker is the author of several titles on the Vaishnava Acaryas. These books will be available during the course.

Teacher Profile

Rupa Vilasa dasa, a disciple of Srila Prabhupada (received initiation in 1972), has been helping to run two local sangas for many years. As a local author, lecturer, and educator, throughout his five books he offers the history of our Vaishnava acaryas, which readers will find both educational and entertaining.

Rupa Vilasa dasa reveals the history of ISKCON’s parampara (a succession of spiritual teachers) in an unique and highly readable style. He explains that such knowledge of the tradition will inspire the devotee community regarding the movement’s spiritual history.
