Self-Care for Bhakti Yogis
Come and learn simple yoga, mindfulness and self-reflection practices that will enable you to be more present, tuned in to and caring towards yourself as a bhakti yogi.
Your relationship with yourself (body, mind and soul) forms the basis of your relationships with others. At times, however, you may find yourself feeling out of balance and disconnected, out of touch with what you authentically feel and need.
In this workshop, you will learn how to check in with yourself, how to calm the mind to tune in to your inner compass, and how to begin cultivating a friendly and compassionate relationship with yourself.
