About this course

Public Speaking with Purpose

This 3-hour taster workshop is an experiential introduction to Rupal’s full programme. It’s designed for anyone who wants to feel more confident and at ease when speaking in front of others whether that’s in work, spiritual service, or everyday situations.

In this hands-on session, you’ll explore the foundations of authentic communication through practical tools, guided exercises, and live practice. We’ll work with breath, voice, body, and mindset to help you connect more deeply to your message and speak with greater ease and impact.

Expect a warm, supportive space with plenty of improvisation, laughter, and honest connection. No pressure to perform, just space to explore, express, and grow.

If the session resonates, you’ll have the opportunity to join the full multi-week course and continue your journey.

Learning Objectives:

  • Breath work to ground the nervous system and calm pre-speech anxiety
  • Vocal technique: projection, tone, pace, and clarity
  • Posture and presence: how to use your body for confident delivery
  • Simple tools to manage fear and self-consciousness
  • Improvisation and speaking exercises to get you practicing in a fun, low-pressure way
  • Space for questions, feedback, and reflection on next steps

Teacher Bio:

Rupal Naidoo is a public speaking fear coach who helps people find their voice and speak with clarity, confidence, and authenticity, whether in professional settings, spiritual gatherings, or everyday life. Her holistic approach blends voice training, somatic practice, Improv and grounded performance techniques to support individuals in overcoming fear and speaking with ease and presence.

With a background in theatre, years of experience as a primary school teacher, and a personal journey that’s taken her from London’s West End stage to a vibrant presence on social media through comedy, Rupal brings both depth and lightness to her work. She has coached over 5000 people to let go of perfection, manage nerves, and speak with more impact. A dedicated practitioner of bhakti yoga, Rupal weaves Krishna-conscious values into her practice, emphasising humility, self-awareness, and the power of voice as a tool for connection. Her sessions aren’t about polished performance, they’re about being real, present, and connected. (currently completing Internal Family Systems Training, Richard Schwartz, IFS)

Now working as a voice actor, content creator and coach, Rupal supports people in breaking free from the fear of judgment and showing up as their whole selves, voice shaking and all. She believes public speaking isn’t about impressing others, it’s about connecting. If you’re ready to stop overthinking and start speaking from the heart, her work offers a practical and powerful way forward.
