grasp the fundamental concepts of the three modes governing human behaviour and consciousness.

Learn practical techniques to recognise and balance the impact of the three modes in various aspects of your life. Discover how to navigate life challenges, gain clarity with decision making and take control of what usually controls you.


Gain awareness into your own tendencies and behaviours, for personal growth. This course is aimed to give us the understanding of what elevate consciousness is, implement beneficial life habits, and create a life aligned with higher principles, promoting holistic well-being and fulfilment.
