My inspiration towards the Bhagavatam recently has been the personalities mentioned in the SB such as Maharaj Yudishtir and Sukadev Goswami. I recently finished canto 1 and these personalities are mentioned in the later chapters of canto 1. I was so touched and grateful to Srila Prabhupada for he is the one who gave us access to these personalities. Without him we would not know about Sukdadev Goswami, Maharaj Yudishtir and others. Srila Prabhupada brought these amazing personalities to the west and reading about them in canto 1 was so much nectar. I loved the description of Sukadev Goswami. Srila Prabhupada mentions how beautiful Sukadev Goswami is and how everybody was attracted to him, and he's described as looking like the Lord. It made me think how beautiful the Lord then must be!
